Sometimes the MacroTrader EA fails to retrieve the instrument list from your broker. If you’re experiencing this, consider the following:
Have you changed the account on the terminal recently? Are you not using the broker’s default terminal? Has your broker changed your trading symbols prefix or suffix?
Try to open a chart window manually and reopen the terminal. If that doesn’t help, try to download and reinstall your broker’s current terminal again and see if the problem prevails.
