This means that MacroTrader is unable to locate your broker’s instrument list in the terminal settings.
You require an active account in order to retrieve the instrument list. Make sure you are logged in to the account.
Most likely it happens when you try adding an open terminal immediately after installation. In that case, please close the terminal and try adding it again.
Sometimes it can also happen if your broker has changed the instrument list or if you have changed the account type.
